Digital marketing & creative services

Branding, design and digital marketing that make a business easier to understand.

We help businesses decide how they present themselves, design the identity and digital experiences that carry that presentation, and plan the content and promotion that bring it to the right audience.

About the company

Being visible only helps if people understand what they are looking at. Our work is the part of a company’s presence that makes it understood.

Coast Media Team Limited works with businesses on the things that shape first impressions and later decisions: the brand identity, the website and its user experience, the content that explains the offer, and the advertising that puts it in front of the right people.

These disciplines work better planned together than commissioned in isolation. We treat them as connected parts of one task — helping an organisation communicate what it does and why it is worth choosing.

More about how we work

Services

Five connected services

Each can be commissioned on its own. Many projects combine two or three — an identity followed by a new website, or a content plan alongside a campaign.

  1. Branding & Identity

Positioning, visual identity, typography and colour, and the guidelines that keep a brand consistent wherever it appears.

  2. Digital Marketing

Planning and coordinating online activity around clear objectives, defined audiences and the channels most relevant to them.

  3. UI/UX Design

Structure, user journeys and interface design for websites and digital services that are clear to navigate and straightforward to use.

  4. Online Advertising & Promotion

Paid and promotional campaigns planned around agreed objectives, with creative, messaging and measurement considered from the outset.

  5. Content Strategy

Deciding what to say, to whom and where: content themes, messaging and editorial planning that support the brand and the sales process.

Approach

How an engagement works

This is the approach we propose for most projects. The depth of each stage depends on the scope we agree with you, and smaller pieces of work move through it quickly.

  1. Discovery

We start by understanding the business: what it offers, who it serves, how it presents itself today and what the work needs to achieve.

  2. Scope and direction

Together we agree the audience, the priorities and the scope of work, and set a strategic and creative direction before production begins.

  3. Development and implementation

The agreed work is designed, written, built or launched, with review points along the way so that decisions are made with you rather than for you.

  4. Review and refinement

Outputs are checked against the objectives set at the start and refined where feedback, or performance data where it exists, shows they should be.

Why the groundwork matters

None of this guarantees a particular result. It does make a business easier to recognise, understand and contact — which is where commercial results start.

Coherent branding

A consistent identity makes a business recognisable across its website, proposals, social channels and signage, and signals that it is organised. Inconsistency raises questions that a prospective client should not need to ask.

Relevant content

Content that answers the questions buyers actually ask does part of the explaining before the first conversation, and gives people a reason to come back when they are ready to decide.

Considered user experience

A website organised around what visitors need to find makes it easier for them to understand the offer and reach a contact route, rather than giving up part-way through.

Planned promotion

Advertising is easier to judge when objectives, audiences and messages are set before money is spent, and when results are reviewed against those objectives rather than against activity alone.
